The City Accountant offers an ideal, easy to use service to suit the needs of professional contractors working in the UK who want to ensure they operate in the most cost effective way. The standard service detailed below has been created over time to closely respond to the requirements of the majority of our client base.

Included in the monthly service is the following:

·         Acting as company secretary for the limited company.

·         Completion of year end Statutory Company financial Accounts.

·         Completion of year end Company tax return.

·         Yearly submission of PAYE returns (P14, P35 & P11D, and issuance of P60).

·         Quarterly PAYE returns.

·         Quarterly VAT Returns, including the VAT Flat Rate Scheme.

·         No VAT Registration and Company Setup Fees.

·         No winding up fee.

·         Annual Return for Companies House.

·         Assistance with personal Self Assessment tax returns.

The monthly Fee is structured as a flat fee of £75 (plus VAT). Many of competitors will claim that their service is comprehensive, but on further investigation you will find that there are a number of hidden charges and exclusions.

If you decide to take a holiday where you will not be earning for a month or more, and if notified (and completely at our discretion), we will not charge for any month/s for which you do not work.
